Open a survey on the web
In the iPhone app, open Survey and export and save a Survey JSON file. Choose Open a model on this website to inspect it and download another format. OBJ, PLY and USDZ files can also be opened in the workspace.
Private sync
Sign in with the same email on the iPhone and website, then enable Automatically sync surveys in the app. To include the captured 3D detail, separately enable Sync original 3D scans. Keep the app open with internet access for the initial upload. Uploads retry when you return to the app. Available point clouds, RoomPlan models and completed textured models appear separately in your private web library. Raw camera photos and WiFi readings stay on the phone. Original-file sync needs app build 7 or newer. Use the same Google, Apple or email-code identity on both devices. Apple Hide My Email can create a separate library from your usual email address.
Missing heights or unexpected scale
Record a height for every room before creating a 3D room envelope. Imported OBJ and PLY files require confirmation that their coordinates use metres. Check critical dimensions on site. STL has no embedded unit: import it as metres in the receiving software.
Large scans and original downloads
Original files are limited to 64 MiB each and private 3D storage to 512 MiB per account in this pilot. The browser viewer accepts up to 2,000,000 vertices. If a model cannot be previewed, download its original file to open it in compatible software. Point clouds retain points and colours; they are not automatically turned into solid surfaces. USDZ support depends on its geometry and materials, so keep the original for the most complete hand-off.
Accounts and saved files
You can sign out or delete your cloud account from the app or website. Cloud deletion keeps local phone and browser files. Local files belong to the website address where you opened them, so reopen the original files when moving from a pilot address.
